Your satisfaction matters to us. Because every belt is handcrafted to order, please read how returns and refunds work.

Made-to-Order Items

Each belt is individually handcrafted for your order — we don't keep finished belts on a shelf. For that reason, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or buyer's remorse. Please review your selection, size, and any customization carefully before ordering.

Damaged or Defective Belts

We stand behind our craftsmanship. If your belt arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a few photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — your choice. You won't pay return shipping on a defective item.

Custom & Personalized Belts

Belts customized with names, logos, or special design requests are made uniquely for you and are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or differ from what was agreed.

Order Cancellations

Changed your mind right after ordering? Email us within 24 hours of placing your order and, as long as production hasn't started, we'll cancel it for a full refund. After production begins, the made-to-order terms above apply.

How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
