Every belt is handcrafted to order and shipped free across the United States and Canada. Here's exactly what to expect.

Processing & Production

Each belt is made to order by hand specifically for you. Production typically begins within 1–2 business days of your order being placed, and most orders ship within a few business days after that.

Delivery Time

Most belts are delivered to your door within 2 weeks (14 days) of your order — guaranteed — and often sooner.

Our premium CNC and 24K Gold pieces are far more intricate and hand-finished to a higher standard, so they take a little longer: up to 4 weeks. The exact timeframe is shown on each product page, so you always know what to expect before you order.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is 100% free on every order across the USA and Canada. There are no hidden handling fees at checkout.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we email a tracking number to the address you provided at checkout so you can follow it every step of the way.

Carriers & Regions

We ship via trusted carriers (such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and Canada Post). We currently ship to the United States and Canada. If you'd like to order from another country, email us at support@12starschampionship.com and we'll do our best to arrange it.

Delivery Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to redirect a package once it has shipped, and we can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address. If you spot a mistake, contact us within 24 hours and we'll try to help.

Customs & Duties (Canada)

In the rare event that a Canadian order incurs customs charges, those are determined by your local authorities. We'll always declare orders accurately and help however we can.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking hasn't updated or your delivery window has passed, reach out and we'll investigate right away and make it right.
